What is so strange about the above two lines ?
Here is a hint - I don't use caps without reason !

Whats so strange about it - All the letters used are symmetric; about the vertical axis, horizontal axis, or both. For eg, 'A' has a vertical line of symmetry, while 'B' has a horizontal one.'X' has both. Many of these letters dont retain this property when changed to lower case.
