Five things you may not know about me

1) I was abysmal at English till the age of ten. Thankfully I've improved since then!

2) Excessive sarcasm makes me uncomfortable. So do all the so-called 'happening places'.

3) I can juggle ! Only three balls so far, but I plan to get to four !

4) Of all traits, I admire generosity/kindness the most ! More than intelligence.

5) I have a terrible sense of direction, though I can drive a car pretty well !

And with that, I complete 100 posts ! Hurrah !!!

Congrats on the 100th post. :) I hope you write a 100 more posts. It is a pleasure to come back to your blog because there is always something new to read. Keep it up. =) And I can tk a bet I am worse with directions than you are even without knowing you.I confuse right and left.

@Rafiki - Thanks a lot ! thanks for reading:-) With diligent practise, I have mastered the art of differentiating between right and left:-P Actually, you have famous company in Feynman, who also had trouble telling right from left. Maybe that's what goes into the making of a physicist:-)

I wonder if you've improved - you don't seem to know what 'abysmal' is ;-)

Anonymous - Actually, I am aware of the controversy surrounding this usage for 'abysmal'. It can be informally used to mean 'very bad', though purists won't like it :-) But ya, I sometimes wonder if I've improved at all :-)

Karthik,

No no, didn't mean it that way. I am aware of the informal meaning as well and I'm not a purist.

I meant that I don't believe you would ever have been abysmal.. meant to say, you would have been good, and you're good now also :) Its some kind of weird counter logic, I don't know what such a construct is called.

Can't believe you interpreted it this way :) You know how good you are, don't you? :)

Oh that way:-) Ya I get what you mean, though I'm not aware of any name for it myself!

Oh I'm being honest when I say I was abysmal.. Maybe I'll write a post on it sometime :-) Oh I don't know if I'm good, but I know I have a long way to go :-)
