Internet Overload !

I have spent way too much time on the internet in the last couple of weeks ! And this was exactly what I needed to snap me out of it. And this is the most useful and inspiring web-page I've chanced upon in a long long time.I agree with practically everything he says, and in my opinion its truly a very well chosen list. I now have a print-out of this that I go through on a regular basis.
