A music piece - Nostalgia

Yanni's piece 'Nostalgia' is fun to play for two reasons. For one, its written in 5/8, a time signature that is uncommon in Western music. Secondly, its a pretty fast piece, and its always thrilling to play fast songs:) It requires atleast two keyboards to do reasonable justice to the piece - one to play the leads, and the other to fill in with the oboe and violin solos. Since I've played only the lead parts, I played it a little faster than the original to prevent it from sounding too empty. Do give it a listen, and share your opinion. You can find it here

I have always loved Yanni and wondered how he plays so beautifully. But seeing you play made me feel that it was humanly possible... It is brilliant work by you to play like that without all the technology...

Waiting for more..

And nostaligia is a beautiful beautiful piece... !!
