Three Fictional characters I want to meet !

Have you sometimes felt that you relate better to fictional characters than you do to real ones ? Maybe thats why they say that truth is stranger than fiction !:-) I really enjoy the company of my friends, but just for a day, if it were possible, I would go on a long walk with these characters ! Maybe, I 'll include more 'serious' names in another list !

1) Psimth by wodehouse - My favourite character !!! If there is one thing I would blame PG Wodehouse for, its this - Given that he's written over ninety books, why are there only about five on Psmith ? That's why they say ' Life is not fair' ;-)

2) Sherlock Holmes - I still cant forget 'teaching' a friend of mine 'secret codes', while in the eighth standard. In-spy-red by Holmes, we would use an elaborate cryptography scheme to share secrets of  national importance such as 'I watched Batman today.' And we were proud that nobody else could crack it ! ;-) Did I forget to mention that others couldn't care less ? ;-)

3) Captain Haddock - For some reason, I have always wondered what would happen if Spooner (of the 'three cheers to the queer old dean' fame) and captain Haddock were to meet. Spooner's absent-mindedness and Haddock's impatience would form a lethal combination. Also add Dogmatix. Haddock usually needs a four-legged  creature to be at his eloquent best, and llama's are hard to find these days:-)

So who would be on your list ?

The first two on your list will be common with my list. Then there is going to a day with Robinson Crusoe on his island with man friday. If I were 15 years younger I'd say Hardy boys. :) And if I were 17 years younger I'd want to be part of the famous five or secret seven.

That's some coincidence ! :-) Robinson crusoe and man friday would be interesting ! For some reason, I enjoyed the Five find-outers' series as much as famous five ! Now I feel like adding three musketeers also :-)

I did think about the musketeers but they won't make the top three.

ok, ya they will not make my list also ! Actually Haddock also wont make my top three! I got into a funny mood towards the end of the post, and put in his name in a lighter vein ;-) maybe Atticus Finch would be the third. Have to think more.
