Its only half the equation. It presumes the existence of people able to work if given the credit.
ha ha:) In a typical case, yes...
In a worst case scenario, it presumes the existence of people willing to take the credit if you do the work!
How about ...
It is amazing what you can accomplish if you assume you are getting/going-to-get the credit ...
