Smart enough to realize how dumb you are ?

"The more I learn, the more I realize how little i know"

You might have heard that one before.Here's another one :

"Fifty percent of being smart is knowing what you are dumb at "

And I really love this one :

"The more I learn, fewer are the things that I then claim to know for sure"

There are so many different perspectives towards looking at things we think we understand really well. Ever got that 'Aha' feeling when you see the connection between two seemingly unrelated topics ? From someone who thought "my fundamentals are in place", I am slowly evolving into one re-examines and updates them on a regular basis; and I am not embarassed to admit it !

Over the years as I have come to see the wisdom in the quotes above, i realize that I would much rather be understated than over-estimated.
